Our Story

EJ Bonbons & Confections was established by two talented chefs, Emily Kellogg and Pierre Pouplard. The pair originally met while working together at Per Se, a renowned three-Michelin-star restaurant in New York City. After gaining experience, Emily and Pierre chose to pursue a new adventure, relocating to upstate Woodstock—Emily's hometown—to open their first boutique and showcase their distinctive confections to a wider audience.
